We offer custom merchandise, print on demand products, and consultation services.

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Because of the custom nature of our products, variations in color, placement, and design may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders & Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in pricing or product information.

Custom Designs & Approvals

For custom merchandise orders:

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs prior to production
Once approved, designs cannot be changed
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer

Print on Demand Orders

Print on demand items are processed quickly and often enter production shortly after purchase.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted
We are not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non refundable. If applicable, consultation fees may be credited toward a final order at our discretion.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse orders placed with incorrect pricing.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production timelines or carrier issues.

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final for custom and print on demand items.
