Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are customized, personalized, or made to order.

Please review all order details, including sizes, colors, and design approvals, prior to completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number and a description of the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement of the item at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized merchandise
  • Items ordered with customer-approved designs
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be provided, or
  • An error is determined to be on our end

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Order Changes & Cancellations

All print on demand items are processed immediately after an order is placed. Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once submitted
  • Production begins quickly, often within hours of purchase
  • We are unable to stop or recall orders once they enter production

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase, including:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Design selection
  • Shipping address

We are not responsible for sizing issues. Please refer to sizing charts before placing your order.
