Production & Fulfillment

Some products are fulfilled through print on demand partners and may enter production shortly after an order is placed.

Because items are made to order, production times can vary and are not guaranteed.


Shipping

Once your order has shipped, it will be delivered based on the carrier’s operations and timelines.

We do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Production delays

FreedomWorks Group, LLC is not responsible for delays once an order has been processed and shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
